The logo features a circle symbolising the world, and encapsulates a stylised montage of the diverse business activities that make up ‘The World of Hayleys.’ The strong typeface of the word ‘Hayleys’ paired with ‘Since 1878,’ reflects the company’s legacy and the timeless values that have guided us for over a century. Sri Lanka

The origins of the Hayleys Group, home to our head office and many of our operational and manufacturing facilities.

Australia

Haycarb operates a fully functional marketing office in Australia, supported by a strong local team managing sales and marketing activities for its purification products across the region.

Bangladesh

Hayleys has a strong foothold in Bangladesh, including a 5% market share in the country's agri-solutions sector through Haychem, a 20-year footprint in the pigment emulsion industry through Haycolour, and end-to-end third-party logistics and freight solutions through Hayleys Advantis.

India

India is a key location for our eco-solutions sector, with a large coir processing and manufacturing facility which handles all regional sales. It also houses DPL's world-class quality testing and laboratory facilities, and an Advantis subsidiary office for transportation and logistics.

Indonesia

Indonesia is the site of two of Haycarb's key manufacturing facilities, having entered in 2005 and now generating over US$ 10 million in forex for the rapidly-developing nation. It is also a key focus area for Hayleys Advantis and its diverse portfolio of logistics services.

Italy

Italy is home to Icoguanti S.P.A, DPL's distribution arm, with a team of 20 local on-site employees supplying premium, value-added gloves to the European market.

France

DPL established a sales and marketing subsidiary in France in 2023, and acquired the Rozenbal brand.

Poland

Mabroc Teas was our first venture into Poland through a strategic partnership with a local FMCG distributor.

Myanmar

Hayleys Advantis has a strong, well-established operation in Myanmar, with a team of around 150 employees providing streamlined logistics solutions.

Singapore

Singapore hosts a regional office for Hayleys Advantis' logistics operations and is home to incorporated companies under Haycarb, Hayleys Aventura, and Hayleys Fentons.

Thailand

Hayleys has a strong presence in Thailand, home to several key manufacturing facilities for purification products and hand protection solutions. Additionally, Hayleys Advantis operates a local office to support regional logistics operations

United Kingdom

Hayleys has two key subsidiaries based in the UK; namely, Haylex UK which is the regional and marketing office for our eco-solutions products, and through Eurocarb, we cater to the UK and European markets with our activated carbon and purification products.

USA

Haycarb USA (originally known as SorbTech USA) was our first international venture, where Haycarb USA has since built a strong presence and remains our largest market for purification products.

Netherlands

The Netherlands is home to Haylex BV, a regional sales and marketing office for our extensive value-added product portfolio.

Kenya

Mabroc Teas opened a fully-fledged tasting, grading and exporting operation in Mombasa, Kenya under Mabroc East Africa Ltd, trading and exporting premium teas from East Africa to its global clientele.

Japan

Japan is a growing market for Hayleys, with our local subsidiary Haylex Japan overseeing the sales and marketing of our extensive value-added product portfolio.

Maldives

The Maldives is home to several thriving businesses under Hayleys, including a dedicated Hayleys Advantis office offering comprehensive transportation and logistics services. We also own a luxury resort in the Maldives.

Germany

Haycarb strengthened its foothold in Europe by becoming a shareholder in Eurocarb Germany GmbH.

Philippines

Haycarb commenced construction of its seventh overseas manufacturing facility at the PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate Cagayan-de-Orro in the Philippines, aiming to diversify our supply chains and strengthen presence in regional markets

Dubai

The Hand Protection sector established a marketing arm in the Middle East as it sought to further widen its international reach
