In 1976, Hayleys established Dipped Products (DPL) to pioneer the local manufacture of rubber globes. As one of the world’s largest glove manufacturers, we supply around 5% of the global demand for household and industrial gloves, trusted across more than 70 countries. Our diverse portfolio features high-performance gloves made from natural rubber and synthetic latex, engineered for applications across household, industrial, sports, and medical sectors. Supported by advanced manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka and Thailand and marketing offices in Italy, France, Poland, the Middle East, and India, DPL drives progress by integrating innovation, sustainability, and a global footprint. Committed to ethical sourcing through partnerships with smallholder farmers, we also offer private label glove manufacturing for leading international brands.

Our ‘PALMRITE’ range includes both natural and synthetic gloves for household use. DPL’s household range can be used for normal everyday tasks at home, and we have gloves available for the whole family including kids’ gloves from ‘MINIMANOS’.

Our ‘PALMPRO’ range is ergonomically-designed keeping in mind the unique job requirements and nature of industrial work. These safety gloves come with the promise of providing the utmost protection against a large variety of mechanical and chemical hazards.

Our ‘PALM-PRO’ medical range comes in both natural latex and nitrile disposable gloves, and with our purpose-designed facility, we have the capacity to produce high quality gloves to cater to the demanding standards of the medical industry.

Electrician Gloves
DPL’s LINEPRO and EVPRO ranges provide advanced hand protection for electricians, safeguarding against electrical arc flash, shock, and burns. LINEPRO gloves are designed for higher-voltage applications, while EVPRO is a thinner glove offering low-voltage protection with enhanced dexterity for precision tasks. Both ranges are made from high-purity natural rubber latex and are tested for arc flash protection, ensuring safety and performance across a range of electrical work.
DPL’s Main CSR Initiative - Firstlight
Firstlight is DPL’s sustainability-driven CSR initiative, empowering rural smallholder rubber farmers through fair trade in rubber latex and ethical partnerships.
