Singer clinches two awards at Dell Partner Business Conference FY22 for Asia Emerging Markets

Forging its way to remarkable achievements, Singer Sri Lanka PLC, the country’s premier consumer durables retailer has clinched two awards at Dell Partner Business Conference FY22 – Asia Emerging Markets awards. The retail giant was crowned as the Best Performer in both Commercial and Consumer segments in the Distributor category, reiterating its resurgence as the country’s number one computers and accessories provider.

These awards were presented by Dell regional office at a virtual awards ceremony held recently with the participation of Dell Technologies Asia Emerging Markets, Vice President – Anothai Wettayakorn, Senior Director – Channels Chee Wei Chue, Channel Director, Chris Papa.

The two accolades are a result of innovative marketing approaches, presence of island wide showrooms, and best in class after sales services that Singer possesses. The Best Performer in the Commercial segment has been awarded for the unprecedented growth Singer showcased in its commercial product sales via its island-wide dealer network.

Dell Partner Business Conference FY22 is an annual awards event that recognises excellence in its partner ecosystem and contribution to the growth of the company. Singer has been among the winners of Dell Partner awards from previous years as well.

Singer has earned a sizable market share in 2020, whilst increasing the popularity of Dell brand in Sri Lanka. The rise in market share has also been complemented by the Work from Home and Learn from Home scenarios that came to the fore with the pandemic.

As a brand that continuously focuses on fostering Sri Lanka’s youth by introducing state of the art products, Singer won the coveted Youth Brand of the Year award at SLIM People’s awards.
