Hayleys Fentons Wins “Company with Great Managers Award” 2024, for the Second Consecutive Year

Hayleys Fentons Limited was once again recognised with the “Company with Great Managers Award” at the 2024 CLA Great Manager Awards, as six of its emerging leaders were honoured for their results-driven, people-first leadership. The awards ceremony, held on 10th April 2025, was hosted by CLA Coaching & Consulting Inc., in collaboration with the Colombo Leadership Academy.

Hasith Prematillake, Managing Director of Hayleys Fentons Limited, expressed gratitude for the company’s recognition: “Empowered by Sri Lanka’s largest engineering workforce of over 400 professionals, our greatest strength lies in our people. This back-to-back recognition is the result of deliberate leadership development, real accountability, and cross-sector collaboration embedded into how we operate every day.”
