Hayleys Fentons Limited Celebrates Multiple Wins at the CLA Great Manager Awards 2023

Hayleys Fentons Limited secured the coveted “Company with Great Managers Award” 2023 as 9 senior management individuals received honours at the CLA Great Manager Awards for 2023, organised by the Colombo Leadership Academy for Leadership Excellence at the Balmoral Banquet Hall, Kingsbury Hotel Colombo.

Key officials from Hayleys Fentons, Roshani Dharmarathne, Director – Business Development, Krishantha Peiris, Senior Deputy General Manager, Nanduni Dahanayaka, Assistant General Manager – Marketing and Corporate Communication along with Akhila Jayasena, Deputy General Manager – National Sales of Hayleys Solar were commended for their dedication on driving results and execution excellence.

Jayendra Fonseka, General Manager of the Hayleys Fentons Security and Communication Division, Mr Deshan Perera, General Manager-Engineering of Hayleys Solar along with Tharaka Heenkenda, Assistant General Manager of Fentons Smart Facilities (FSF) were among the managers praised with the ‘Great Manager for Aligning Organisational Vision’.

Dilshan Nanayakkara, Deputy General Manager, National Operations of Hayleys Solar were among the three managers who were honoured for Leadership Integrality under the title ‘Great Manager for Leadership Integrality & Holistic Approach’ whilst Lalani Weeraarachchi, General Manager-Human Resources of Hayleys Fentons was recognised for ‘Team Effectiveness & Collaboration’.
