Hayleys PLC is a holding company that owns equity investments in the numerous companies constituting the Hayleys Group.
The centre at Hayleys PLC provide management services to the Group. These include Treasury Unit (TU), the Strategic Business Development Unit (SBDU), Group Legal, Management Audit & System Review Department (MA & SRD), Corporate Affairs Unit (CAU), Information Technology (IT), Tax, HR and Related Services such as Corporate Communications, Corporate Premises Management Division, and Finance.
