Our Plant
Our plant produces aluminum extrusions for curtain walls, turn & tilt / casement / pivoted / top hung windows, sliding / folding doors, sky lights, electrical clamps & connectors, etc. It also produces extrusion dies using state of the art CNC machinery and CAD/CAM technology, meeting customers’ specific requirements in terms of die designing and manufacturing. Our staff has a wealth of experience spanning 20 over years in the industry. We are certified to be in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008
Hayleys Fabric
Hayleys Fabric is an accredited supplier of Marks & Spencer, NEXT, BHS, TESCO, Adams and Decathlon and has a capacity of one million kgs per month. Our production facility is ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001 : 2004 and SA 8000 certified accredited and is a proud winner of the National Quality Award. Product composition includes Cotton, Polyester, Viscose, Wool, Elastane based products and the range also includes printed and Lycra based fabric.
Purification Engineering
Puritas is a fully owned subsidiary of Haycarb which provides consultancy and turnkey solutions for raw water and liquid, solid and gaseous effluent treatment. In addition, Puritas offers customized, innovative solutions to suit specific waste characteristics, site conditions and budgets. With its state-of-the-art analytical laboratory, Puritas differentiates its services by performing in-house analysis and running pilot-scale trials to optimize treatment processes. This reduces capital and operating costs, providing affordable solutions to clients.
Activated Carbon
Our Activated carbon products are widely used in air and water purification, gold recovery and energy storage applications. The product range covers standard, washed, and impregnated carbons in granular, pellet and powder form. Haycarb has ventured into new product fields that require advanced process technology, to ensure the most stringent standards of purity, controlled performance and adsorptive capacity to provide innovative solutions in applications such as respirator technology, electronics, gas storage and sensitive filtration systems that use activated carbon.
