Hayleys PLC appoints Noel Joseph to Board of Directors

Sri Lanka’s most diversified conglomerate, Hayleys PLC announced the appointment of Noel Laxman Sanath Joseph to its Board of Directors.

Serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Group with effect from 15th March 2017, Joseph is a well-respected industry veteran, possessing over 29 years of experience in the field of engineering and engineering consultancy, in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Joseph currently serves as Managing Partner of Cadteam and is also the Proprietor of N J Consultants, having previously excelled in various senior positions at prestigious organizations including the State Engineering Corporation, Heavyfab Ltd, Development Consultants Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Safari Company Ltd, Saudi Arabia and Baharudden P M S Associates, Brunei.

He is a member of the Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (MIEEE)-USA, Institution of Lighting Engineers (MILE) – UK, the New York Academy of Science (MNYAS)-USA and the Illumination Engineering Society (MIES)-USA.
